Kaufman Residence

The Kaufman residence was a complete remodel and expansion.  The original house was a 2100 sqft

old florida ranch home.  The family wanted to expand the square footage of the home and change the design to a coastal style that defined their lifestyle.  The VAD group transformed the original 3 bedroom 2 bath home into a 4300 sqft 5 bedroom 4 bath home with a beautiful rendering of a coastal style residence.  The family is very satisfied with the flow of the home and spectacular coastal design.  They continue to receive compliments from family, friends and visitors and even the occasional passer by that stops and inquires about the architect.
